so i've really been in the mood to bake lately but i dont have time to go buy ingredients and stuff so i just use betty crocker's ready-mix. i would really prefer to get a different brand from betty crockers soon though.
anyways this is the 2nd time im using betty crockers. the first time was normal chocolate chip cookies where the 1st 2 batches (3 in total) were mostly burnt and i threw most of it away.
this 2nd time was successful for all batches though. they look great! quite satisfied with the result.
anyway i've been researching for various recipes for cakes,cookies and such. and coincidentally borders is offering a 30% coupon for cooking so i'll definitely be popping by borders soon once i decide to lift my lazy arse away from home.
to gab/silin: we should get together to do a baking and cooking fest thing! really! and we wont use ready made stuff. all natural and original ingredients from the recipe. :D
